In our approach to building a custom home that marries discrete luxury and serene authenticity, Element Homes sought to blur the lines between the indoors and outdoors. This masterfully orchestrated custom home showcases contemporary architectural bones with novel finishes that defy seasonal styles and, instead, convey an unmistakably timeless sensibility. Unfolding over two floors, the homes' spacious, light-filled entryway features a charcoal wooden strip accent wall and a floating staircase—both are gorgeous conversation starters.

This stunning home presents a free-flowing series of spaces with large blackened steel-framed windows designed to capture the beauty of the extensively landscaped surroundings—all the while creating a seamless indoor/outdoor transition. The monochromatic palette and radiant wood floors imbue the interior with a sense of space and understated sophistication.
Elegant and functional open floor plan
Designed to be both elegant and family-friendly, the spacious kitchen featuring dual islands—a must for a family that enjoys entertaining—and the living room flow seamlessly together. This openness offers an expansive quality that makes you want to sit and stay awhile. Our creative teams' keen eye for architectural details brings together a riot of materials, including wood, stone, metal, and glass. The living area, anchored by a fireplace in dark stonework, opens to an outdoor patio with a built-in barbecue center and ample space to accommodate lively al fresco dining.
Bathroom designed with personality
Swathed in a black and white color palette complemented by sumptuous materiality, the stunning bathroom is where rejuvenation meets stylistic flair. Contemporary accent touches and a striking herringbone backsplash, underpinned by large floor tiles, all work cohesively together to create a modern space packed to the brim with character. The tranquil soaking tub and luxurious shower add a refreshing touch of refinement, enclosed with glass.
